Banana Sorbet
Make a simple syrup
Combine and bring to a boil.
2 c water
1 c sugar
juice of one lemon
Once sugar is completely dissolved, allow to cool fully.
Mix with 2 ripe bananas, mashed.
Place in covered metal tray.
Freeze and remove every 2-3 hours to mix,
until you have the consistency desired.
The more you mix, the smoother it will be.
I like mine plain, but someone else wanted it with some granola sprinkles.
So I added them.
