Salmon with Maple Citrus Glaze
To make the glaze you will need,
Juice of one lemon
3 tsp ground mustard
1-2 tsp cumin
1/4 c soy sauce (low sodium)
1 clove ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 sprig parsley, chopped
3 T maple syrup
2 T olive oil
Salmon filets
Combine and whisk together the first 8 ingredients.
Pour over the salmon and allow to marinade for 10 minutes.
Then drizzle oil over each piece to help seal in the flavors.
Broil until flaky.
